When you send an order request we keep your name, email address, phone number if you give one, delivery address, any notes you add, and the pieces you asked for.

When you write to us through the contact page we keep your name, email address and your message. When you join the mailing list we keep your email address.

We use your details to answer you, to confirm and arrange your order, and to deliver it. Mailing list addresses are only used to tell you when new pieces are released, and only if you signed up for that.

Your details are stored securely with the service that runs this site and are only seen by us. We never sell them. When a parcel is sent, the courier receives what they need to deliver it.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not follow you around the web.

Your basket is remembered in your own browser on this device, so it is still there when you come back. It is never sent to us until you send an order request.

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them at any time. You can also leave the mailing list whenever you like.
